Congrats to Zhuo Sue (Dan) upon winning seven offers from five prestigious universities: University of Toronto, McMaster University, Western University, University of Bristol and the University of Glasgow. Including Management at UoT Scarborough, Management at UoT Mississauga with a 2,000 CAD scholarship. Business at McMaster with a 2,000 CAD scholarship among others.
High School Times
Time flies, and in a flash, it’s already graduation season. In my three years of high school, I met a group of classmates who grew up together and teachers who worked tirelessly. Everyone accompanies me to grow together, going out together for games and doing their contributions for Group Assignment. Compared with other high schools, Nanwai gives me more “freedom”, because there is no absolute right and wrong during high school study. We can debate our own views, and of course, we will change our original views in other people’s presentations. Independent thinking, not following the trend blindly, and holding my own judgment on things is also the harvest of my high school times.
During the past three years, there are many teachers who have helped me a lot (subject teachers, IELTS teachers, moral education teachers and principals), and the one who taught me the most is Mr. Bai. As one of the most “qualified” teachers in Nanwai, Mr. Bai has well interpreted the school motto of Nanwai: to be a modern person with a Chinese soul and a global mind.
In addition to the teachers, I also met a group of classmates who were with me for three years, with very different personalities and rich personalities. Each one of them brings me the most valuable asset in my “experience pool”, Thanks dude!
Dan has demonstrated a very good understanding of leadership skills and team dynamics. He performed particularly well on his leadership colors and leadership scenarios assignments. He would benefit by trying to more vocal in class and ensuring all assignments are completed on time
