Kent School’s 2021 Fall Semester Opens

As summer draws to a close, Kent School’s academic year draws near. Presently, the global coronavirus pandemic is still ongoing and evolving and the international environment is still turbulent. For the sake of safety, stability and efficiency, Kent’s grade 12 students who should have started classes at our main campus in Canada started their new semester at our Zhangjiagang Foreign Language School campus.

Student Registration

Staff hold a meeting on student registration planing

On September 5th, our staff held a meeting to plan for the registration of students for the new semester. The meeting was spearheaded by Ms, Tang Ying, executive principal of Kent School’s Zhangjiagang Foreign Language School campus. Emphasis was placed on safe and orderly registration of students.

Welcoming students to school

In order to make the registration process as smooth as possible, two notice boards were placed in front of the check-in desk in advance to avail students and parents with proper guidance on who to complete the registration process. Staff took students temperature, checked travel and health codes prior to clearance. Due to the current situation, parents were not allowed to accompany students into the campus.
