As the season gently turns and the warmth grows, Kent School holds surprising moments of growth every week. This week, our students took art as their wings, passionately interpreting their love on the drama stage; they took diligence as their path, receiving affirmation on their journey of growth. Every instance of perseverance echoes, and every step forward gathers strength.
1. Spotlight on Stage
The Drama Festival kicked off spectacularly, with Kent students making a stunning appearance in “Silence of the Snow.” On stage, the students were calm, confident, and fully committed, interpreting their characters with delicate performances and touching hearts with genuine emotion.
Their brilliant performance earned applause from the audience and recognition from the judges, ultimately securing honors.
This accolade is not only the best reward for the students’ dedicated efforts and meticulous preparation but also a vivid demonstration of Kent students’ artistic accomplishment, comprehensive expressive ability, and team collaboration skills.
2. Honoring Role Models
As the performance on stage concluded, the warmth atmosphere continued within our school. We also welcomed the warm and dignified Principal’s Lunch and “Monthly Star” Award Ceremony. Teachers carefully selected outstanding students based on their learning attitude, class participation, and overall competence, bestowing upon them the title of “Monthly Star.”
The Principal personally presented awards to the students, acknowledging every effort and growth, and encouraged all students to draw inspiration from these role models, to persevere diligently and strive for excellence. The warm lunch, intertwined with this honor, not only highlights the school’s warm atmosphere but also gathering a motivating force that continuously inspires students to move forward on their growth journey.
From the stage to the campus, from applause to honors, Kent School has witnessed the radiance of youth and the power of growth.
