In November 2020, Kent School obtained official accreditation to offer the acclaimed Oxford AQA curriculum. Consequently, a pioneer class was enrolled. Since the start of the curriculum, students have made numerous strides and obtained commendable achievements. In recognition of these, outstanding grade 3 students at Jiajiang Foreign Language School following the Oxford AQA international curriculum were presented with awards on the 26th June 2021.
Mr. Ling Xiaoming, head of Nanjing Foreign Language School Cambridge International Curriculum center presented the awards to students; Sun Yaqi, recognized for his staler moral character. Jiang Danmin for civic literacy, Zhang Yujie for exchange and cooperation. She Yi for excellent learning ability while Song Wenlei and Bi Xinyao were awarded for Sports & health for the former, aesthetics and expression for the latter.
Another group of three students were commended for their academic excellence. Yang Qiyu and Yu Keyi were awarded Academic excellence scholarships.
Oxford AQA International Course
Oxford & Cambridge International Courses:
The total score of the high school entrance exam of 90%, IGCSE/A-Level and OSSD qualify one for admission to the University of Toronto, Oxford. Cambridge, Imperial College London and other G5 universities. The program helps outstanding students to have a clear path to world famous universities.
University of Toronto Orientation Class:
Students with IGCSE/OSSD scores of 80% and above have a high probability to admitted to the top 100 universities world wide. With renowned universities such as the University of Toronto, McMaster, Western, Waterloo and more. The program is suitable for moderately outstanding students. It also opens up opportunities for a 3-year Canadian work visa for graduates from Canadian universities.
Students with a Kent School high school diploma and an IELTS score of at least 5.5 can be admitted to 985 and 211 famous international and domestic universities. Schools such as Beijing Institute of Technology, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, Shanghai University of Finance and more.
