Agarose gel electrophoresis can be used in DNA biochemistry and plays an important role in the field. Kent Students at our Zhangjiagang Foreign Language School campus were guided through the process by Teacher Chen Hong.
Students had the opportunity to practice with pipette usage, working with DNA samples and preventing sample contamination. The aim of the class is to provide students with insight into STEM field practices through a problem based approach.
