In order to continuously improve the teaching methodology of English teachers and boost performance, Kent School’s Zhangjiagang Foreign Language School campus held a number of teaching and research programs.
Every Tuesday morning, the head of the teaching and research team organized teachers to conduct teaching and research on campus. In the afternoon, online teaching and training were organized to share experience with experts from other campuses. Teachers Pan Qingyu, Yin Congsheng and Ni Haoying from Kent Senior Group demonstrated IELTS comprehensive, reading and writing teaching structure and approaches.
The program allowed staff to share and learn from their peers.
