Kent students take part in the Euclid Mathematics Contest 2019

On the morning of April 6, 2019, 17 students from Kent School took part in the 2019 Waterloo Euclid mathematics competition in Canada for 150 minutes. Euclid Mathematics Contest is an international high-level Mathematics Contest organized by the University of Waterloo, Canada. It was first held in 1963. As we all know, the University of Waterloo has the top mathematics colleges in North America and even in the world. Its consistent fine tradition and good reputation are widely recognized by the global mathematics circle. While the Euclid mathematics contest for inspection standard of Canadian universities widely recognized rigor and professionalism, its performance is often as important reference for admission, because of this, Euclid Mathematics Contest is known as the “Mathematics TOEFL exam” of Canada.
